CGJobs is intuitive and straight forward

To place job ads on CGJobs follow this Quick Introduction

Preparation

Things you may like to have prepared prior to creating your Employer Account

• A short company description of approx 50 words
• A comprehensive company description up to approx 500 words
• Company logos (up to 4), for use in Job Ads and on your Employer Profile page, up to 430px (w) x 300px (h)
• Feature Banner image/s related to each Job Ad 160px (w) x 300px (h)

Create an Employer Account

1. Go to http://cgjobs.cgsociety.org
2. Your browser may have automatically logged you in from previous visits - log out
3. Click on Post Job Ads
4. You will now be at Create Employer Account
5. Enter a new Username and Password
6. Securely record your Username and Password
7. Click Create Employer Account
8. You will now be at Edit Company Details Step One
9. Complete all details - click Next Step
10. You will now be at Edit Company Details Step Two
11. Complete all details - click Next Step
12. You will now be at Edit Company Details Step Three
13. Complete all details - click Save
14. You will now be at your My Account home page

Edit Company Profile Page

1. Go to your My Account home page
2. Click Edit Company Profile Page from your My Account
3. You will now be at Edit Profile page
4. Choose which details to include in your Company Profile
5. Preview and Save & Finish

To Post Job Ads

1. Log in to your Employer Account
2. Click any Create or Post Job Ad/s button or link
3. You will now be at Create New Job Ad Step One
4. Complete all details - click Next Step
5. You will now be at Create New Job Ad Step Two
6. Complete all details - click Next Step
7. You will now be at Create New Job Ad Step Three
8. Check your Job Ad and click Post Ad
9. You will now be at the CGJobs Checkout
10. Process your payment
11. Your Job Ad is now live and can be edited for up to three days

Managing your Job Ads

1. Log in to your Employer Account
2. Click any My Job Ads button or link
3. Manage your Job Ads

Managing Applications and Candidates

1. Log in to your Employer Account
2. Click any Manage Candidates button or link
3. Manage your candidates and applications

Searching for Talent

You can automatically search Talent that matches any of your Job Ads

1. Log in to your Employer Account
2. Click any Search button or link
3. Select the Talent Search tab
4. Click View Candidates under any of your Job Ads
